Observer/Visitor Applications

 

Observers/visitors planning a visit to any of the departments of Faculty of Medicine, Ege University, should provide the Faculty with the documents for application written below. All documents should be translated to Turkish with notary approval or Turkish Embassy/Consulate approval.

  • Cover letter originally signed by the observer/visitor
  • Letter of recommendation from the Institution of the observer/visitor declaring the purpose of stay in the Faculty, course title, duration of each course planned to be taken and the total study period (………. to ………….)
  • Copy of passport (translated to Turkish with notary approval or Turkish Embassy/Consulate approval)
  • Copy of diploma/qualification certificate (undergraduate and postgraduate)
  • Detailed curriculum
  • Receipt of payment

The originally-signed documents should be sent by surface mail or courier to the official address written below.

The fee to be applied in 2023 to faculty members, physicians, specialist students and researchers who will come from public institutions and private foundation health institutions other than our University's Faculty of Medicine to increase their knowledge and experience will be paid to the account of Ege University Rectorate Strategy Development Department with the following amount.
 
This decision will enter into force as of the date of its publication.
